PUBLICATION OF PROVISIONAL SELECT LIST

1. Based on the results of Written Examination held in May/June 2012 and PET held in October 2012 a Provisional (Part) Select List of successful candidates indicating the names, roll numbers, Division/Unit and posts allotted etc., is hereby issued.

2. The allotment of Division/Unit and post has been made based on the options exercised by the candidates, their merit position (Provisional) and medical fitness for such categories by way of computerized program. If any error is noticed during the course of allotment, administration reserves the right to make corrections, if any, which may result in either exclusion or inclusion of candidates, if found essential.

3. This position assigned to the candidates is not their merit order or seniority position.

4. Cases of some candidates are still under review for medical fitness, appeal, temporary unfitness, and further investigation etc., Roll numbers of such candidates are indicated in the “With-held” list under select list of each community.  If and when they are cleared in all respects, these candidates’ names will be interpolated in the select list at appropriate place depending on his/her merit position, option and medical fitness. Consequently, the inter-se position of candidates in the Provisional (Part) Select List is liable to undergo change. 

5. Railway Recruitment Cell, South Western Railway reserves the right to declare any candidate successful or delete any candidate’s name from the notified result/panel at any stage of selection and subsequently, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage and the decision of RRC in the matter  shall be final. Candidature is also liable to be rejected in cases of fraud/impersonation at any stage of selection process and the decision of RRC/SWR and SWR administration in the matter shall FINAL. 

6. The Divisions/Units to which candidates are allotted may make further verification regarding genuineness of the candidates and certificates submitted by them.  In case any irregularity is found at any stage, Railway administration reserves the right to cancel the candidature or appointment of such candidates.

7. While every care has been taken in preparing the results, RRC reserves the right to rectify the errors and omissions, if any, at any stage.

8. The results are available in “www.rrchubli.in”. Candidates may enter Roll Number and Date of Birth to access their result.

9. The result is displayed on the notice board of RRC also.
